Lean
A full body program with core exercises, strength exercises, and metabolic exercises to get the heart rate up and stay up!
Iron Women [Fe]-Male
For women, this program provides a lot of booty work, with back, shoulders and arms mixed in. This program helps you develop a physique that helps you feel confident in a new bathing suit.
Power
For those looking to improve your strength on big movements such as the Bench, Squat, Deadlift, and Overhead Press. This program is 6 days a week with high volume. The intelligent programming behind this has you focusing on low reps high percentages, focusing on the speed of the movement, and finishing the week with lots of reps to work endurance. A difficult program but great for those looking to break through plateaus.
Athlete
This program is great for those who want to incorporate some olympic lifting, improve strength in big primary lifts, and finish with lots of auxiliary movements to assist those other moves. There’s also lots of Arm Days and Core Days in between those strength days!
Bro Pump
This is your typical “Bro Split”. Chest Day - Back Day - Leg Day - Shoulders - Arms. Constantly varied but always systematically periodized, this program is great for those looking for the beach body.
Olympic Weightlifting
For those who want to work on Olympic Weightlifting. This is great for you!
Functional Fit Shred
We won’t say the Cross word, but this program is similar to that. Olympic lifting to get you more explosive, strength work to get stronger, and lots of interval weight training to finish to keep that heart rate sky high while continuing to build muscle and rip the core up!
