1a) 8 Back Rack Lunge (8 each leg) *Taken out of the rack: take your time and do not rush the movement. Climb to the heaviest weight you feel comfortable hitting today.
1b) 8 Lateral Lunges (8 each leg) *Build as heavy as you're comfortable going. Slow and controlled reps. Get BELOW parallel!
Rest 1-2min. and repeat 3x.
